Office Visit Information:
Parking: There is free visitor parking available on the top level of the parking garage behind the building. From Brentwood Blvd., you will turn east on Rose Ave and immediately drive up the ramp beside the small black sign that says "visitor parking." Please note there are stairs leading from the parking garage to the lobby. If you need to avoid stairs, there is limited visitor parking on the ground floor of the garage. To access these spaces, turn east onto Rose Blvd., then turn right into the alley. Take the walkway to the ground level lobby to use the elevator.
Accessing the office: Take the elevator up to the 5th floor and turn left off of the elevator. The office is in suite 502.
